Our Philosophy

At Radiant Nutrition, our goal is to get to KNOW YOU! At your first appointment, we will spend two hours DISCOVERING YOU – finding out what has worked and what hasn’t worked before for you, what you like to eat, what you struggle to eat, what you can’t stop eating, what your goals are and what’s kept you stuck and not reaching them … to the point you decided to reach out to us. (And we’re so glad you did!) Your Dietitian will LISTEN and answer any of your questions.

Together, you and your dietitian will come up with a plan that works for you and she will detail out that plan for you to follow. A plan that is completely CUSTOMIZED to YOU! We don’t have any one ‘diet’ or ‘program’ that we’re going to force you into. You will only get the plan and support you need to walk boldly and confidently toward your goals. Your follow-ups will be determined by you and your dietitian, according to your needs (how often do you need a check-in to stay accountable to your goals?) and to set you up for success.
